Kingdom Keys Network Terms of Use

Welcome to Kingdom Keys Network ("KKN," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile applications, TV services, or any related services provided by Kingdom Keys Network (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Pennsylvania state law. You are prohibited from using our Services in any way that:

- Violates any applicable laws or regulations, particularly those of Pennsylvania;

- Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;

- Distributes harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content;

- Attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of our Services.

5. License Agreement

Kingdom Keys Network's mobile applications and services ("Licensed Application") are licensed to you, the End-User, by Kingdom Keys Network for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store (collectively referred to as "Services"), and any updates, you agree to be bound by this License Agreement. Kingdom Keys Network is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. This License Agreement does not provide for usage rules that conflict with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service ("Usage Rules").

6. Content and Contributions

Kingdom Keys Network allows users to upload, share, and distribute content, including but not limited to videos, podcasts, eBooks, and music (collectively, "User Content"). By uploading or sharing User Content, you grant Kingdom Keys Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of our Services.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you agree not to submit any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Kingdom Keys Network or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided by Kingdom Keys Network without our express written permission.

8. Termination of Use

Kingdom Keys Network reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties 

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Kingdom Keys Network does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability  

To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Kingdom Keys Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kingdom Keys Network, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms 

Kingdom Keys Network reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Pennsylvania for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services.
